- Prepare monthly pay-roll (Separated Pay-roll team will handle main task of the Pay-roll)
- T&A management for OT
- Supports On-off boarding, 4 statutory benefits for payroll
- Support HR payment (Training refund etc.)
- C&B supports, Issue certificate / letters
- Facilitate annual medical check-up
- HR data management (EFM- employee file management)
- Maintain employee records (e.g. vacation and sick leaves)
- Report to Korea Head, Matrix to AP HRS Head
